POSITION AVAILABLE AT PEPWORTH CONSTRUCTION.
We are looking for experienced general builders/ multi skilled tradesman to join our busy expanding construction team based in the Bideford area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of building tasks across different projects, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a broad range of construction skills to contribute to diverse building initiatives, from residential to commercial developments.

Requirements
- Proven experience in the construction industry with a broad skill set across multiple trades
- Proficiency in carpentry, roofing, masonry.
- Competence in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites
- Good physical fitness with the ability to perform manual labour in various weather conditions
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in construction trades are desirable but not essential
- A valid UK driving licence is advantageous for site travel purposes

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
