- Plan, build, test, and optimise audience targeting, creative variations, bidding strategies, and campaign structures across both platforms.
- Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and the Conversions API where applicable.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide clear, insightful reports that clients can easily understand.
- Make proactive recommendations to continually improve account performance, lead quality, and return on investment.
- Stay up to date with platform changes, new features, and PPC best practices across Google and Meta.
- Visual Design: Create high-impact graphics and digital imagery that elevate brand presence.
- Multimedia Production: You may be required to film, edit, and deliver compelling video content tailored for both paid advertising and organic marketing campaigns.

- Experience managing campaign budgets and optimising for ROAS, lead generation, or e-commerce performance.
- Comfortable analysing campaign data and turning insights into strategic actions.
- Strong communication and reporting skills, both internally and with clients.
