About the Role

At Consomar Digital Solutions Ltd, we build reliable digital solutions that help organizations make better decisions through data. We are looking for a Data Analyst who can turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and help teams understand what the numbers are telling them.

You will work closely with product, technology, operations, and business stakeholders to develop reporting solutions, identify trends, improve data quality, and support data driven decision making. This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys solving analytical problems and communicating findings clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Collect, clean, validate, and analyze datasets from multiple business sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain accurate reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for internal stakeholders.

Data Quality: Investigate data inconsistencies, identify potential issues, and work with technical teams to improve data accuracy and reliability.

Business Insights: Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations that support operational and strategic decisions.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business users, product teams, developers, and management to understand reporting requirements and deliver practical analytical solutions.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and improve the efficiency of data collection and analysis.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a related analytical role.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SQL and Excel, with experience using business intelligence or data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Analytical Thinking: You can investigate complex problems, recognize meaningful patterns, and turn raw data into useful business insights.

Communication: You can explain technical findings clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders.

Attention to Detail: You take data accuracy seriously and understand the importance of validating results before presenting them.

Mindset: You are pragmatic, curious, and commercially minded. You know how to balance analytical depth with the need to deliver timely and useful insights.

Pay: £2,118.33-£3,200.00 per month
