Store Manager – Vision Express (Stockton High Street)

What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team
Drive commercial performance through exceptional customer experience
Take full ownership of store results, KPIs, and operational excellence
Lead from the front on the shop floor, delivering personalised service
Oversee all store operations including rotas, stock, compliance, and standards
Build a strong team culture focused on engagement, development, and accountability
Work closely with the Store Manager at Stockton Tesco, sharing resource and best practice across both locations
Support the continued growth and development of a store with strong potential for future success
