Where I’d work:
This role is based within our Boston communities, so you will need to be visible and present with our customers. However, you’ll have the flexibility to manage your own diary. We would expect you to be in our offices or out in our communities around three times a week. For the remainder of the time, you can work from home, from one of our offices, a local coffee shop or from another location that is convenient for you.
What does a typical week look like ?
As a Tenancy Coach, your week will be varied, people ‑ focused, and full of opportunities to make a real difference.
You’ll be at the heart of helping our customers pay their rent. As you may imagine, this isn’t always easy, and requires empathy, strong effective communication skills and bags of resilience,

Experience in helping customers applying for welfare benefits
A background in housing or public ‑ sector customer support
