Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic multi-skilled operative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our General Contracting division of the business, working on long term secured planned maintenance contracts for Local Authorities as well as supporting the housebuilding side of the business with customer care.

Applications will also be accepted from existing self-employed trades looking to continue on a subcontract basis.

Responsibilities/Key Skills

Carpentry
Domestic plumbing 1st & 2nd fixes (no gas)
Mastic/sealing up
Wall tiling (advantageous)
Plastering/patching (advantageous)

Requirements

Good communication skills to work effectively with customers and team members.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Given the role, a driving license is mandatory with company vehicle provided
