Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Hospitality Team Member to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional service in a vibrant environment, supporting food and beverage operations, and ensuring our guests have a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer service.

Duties

Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously to guests
Assist with food preparation and presentation in line with safety standards
Support catering events by setting up and clearing tables, and ensuring smooth service
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of , kitchen, and service stations
Handle customer enquiries professionally, providing information about menu items and services
Restock supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations throughout shifts
Uphold food safety standards by adhering to hygiene protocols at all times
Collaborate with team members to deliver an outstanding guest experience

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or restaurant environments is desirable
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Experience in food preparation is advantageous
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
A friendly, positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings if required
A proactive approach to teamwork and customer satisfaction

Hours :

Tues - 3-6 pm ( in petworth)

Fridays 3-6pm ( in Billingshurst )

More hours available from August

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour
