Marketing PPC and SEO Specialist
We are seeking a talented and ambitious Marketing PPC & SEO Specialist to join our dynamic and growing company. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role as we build and expand our marketing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise within a well-established marketing function that already delivers strong results in lead generation. As the company moves towards a marketing-led growth model, you’ll have the chance to make a real impact, shape our digital marketing strategy, and contribute directly to driving leads and brand awareness. You’ll also work closely with our Business Development Managers across each territory to ensure campaigns are effectively aligned with local market opportunities and objectives.
In this role, you will be given the necessary time and support to understand our business, our customers, and our overall approach. This initial phase is essential for helping you grow confidently into the position. From the outset, you will benefit from structured onboarding, tailored training, and dedicated planning support to build your industry and product knowledge. This strong foundation will give you the confidence to gradually take full ownership of your responsibilities.
You will be responsible for managing and optimising our Google and Bing Keyword Ads across five territories, using data-driven insights to enhance performance and uncover growth opportunities. Everything you need to get started is already in place, including robust tracking systems, high-performing campaigns, and access to premium tools such as SEMrush Pro. You will also use a leading translation platform and collaborate with our French and German colleagues to ensure effective localisations.
To support your creative development work, you will have full access to Canva Pro alongside Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Furthermore, you will work with our WordPress-based website, which is currently managed in partnership with a dedicated development agency. Over time, you will also take on greater responsibility for managing this website directly.
As part of our long-term growth strategy, your role will expand to include full ownership of our SEO activities, providing the opportunity to strategically shape and define our approach. Initially, you will focus on executing our exciting, high-engagement plans already in place for a comprehensive website image and copy revamp. As the position develops, you will take on responsibility for researching, planning, and implementing strategies to improve search rankings, increase visibility, and drive highly relevant traffic across our regional websites. By staying ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes, you will ensure our SEO strategy continues to evolve effectively while providing valuable insights to shape future campaigns.
There are also plans to explore additional PPC channels in the future, particularly LinkedIn. While experience with LinkedIn or Meta Ads would be an advantage, it is not essential, as full training will be provided as the role evolves.
To encourage close collaboration with our Marketing team and Business Development Managers, this role is fully office-based at our Worthing Head Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Google and Bing Keyword Ad campaigns across five sales territories (UK, USA, FR, DE & INT’L).
- Responsible for managing the distribution of all website forms and updating the daily PPC website tracker.
- Research, test, and implement strategies to enhance PPC performance and lead generation.
- Develop structured plans for ongoing optimisation and the exploration of new PPC opportunities.
- Assist the website/SEO revamp.
- Eventually lead our SEO activities to improve website rankings and drive relevant traffic.
- Use SEMrush Pro for competitor research, analytics, and reporting.
- Collaborate with international colleagues to localise campaigns for maximum impact.
- Develop and optimise campaign creatives using Adobe Creative Cloud tools/Canva Pro.
- Work alongside our WordPress development agency to support ongoing website improvements.
- Additional day-to-day marketing-related activities as the role progresses such as content creation, copy writing and email marketing.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulation changes, search algorithm updates, and new marketing technologies.
Skills and Experience
· Proven experience setting up and managing PPC campaigns across Google and Bing Ads, with a strong focus on lead generation within the B2B market.
· Proficiency with Google Analytics and other reporting tools to evaluate campaign performance.
· Strong understanding of SEO principles, with experience implementing strategies that deliver measurable improvements.
· Hands-on experience using SEMrush or similar tools for research, analysis and reporting.
· Experience creating and optimising assets using Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva.
· Familiarity with WordPress and working alongside development agencies on website improvements.
· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret/present data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
· Excellent written, communication and collaboration skills.
· A good understanding of AI tools and the ability to leverage them to improve efficiency and speed up day-to-day tasks.
· Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage but not required.
· Familiarity with Excel and basic formulars.
