Full job description

We are looking for sharp, reliable, and highly independent individuals to join our event team. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role where you will be responsible for setting up equipment, operating DSLR cameras, and managing your event space.

Because our events move quickly, we don't do micro-management. Once trained, you will be trusted to run your designated events entirely on your own without on-site shadowing.

What You Will Be Doing

Rapid Onboarding: Absorb our intensive 1-day training program and put it straight into practice.
Solo On-Site Execution: Transport, set up, and pack down event equipment independently.
Camera Operation: Confidently operate DSLR cameras, photo booths and video booths and tech setups under event conditions. With a training video portal.
On-the-Spot Problem Solving: Use logic and common sense to troubleshoot any minor technical or logistical hiccups on the night.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

High Information Retention: You must be a fast learner. If you need constant hand-holding or struggle to remember instructions after a comprehensive walk-through, this role won't be a good fit.
Ironclad Reliability & Autonomy: You will often be the sole representative on-site. We need self-starters who are disciplined enough to work unsupervised.
Practical DSLR Knowledge: You don't need to be an award-winning photographer, but you must have genuine, hands-on experience using DSLR cameras.
Common Sense Under Pressure: Events are live and fast-paced. You need a cool head and strong logical reasoning.
Transport & Cargo Space: You must have a driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle with generous boot/cargo space (e.g., a large estate car, large hatchback, SUV, or van) to safely transport our event kit. (A standard tiny city car will not be sufficient).
