Plot Conveyancer - Birmingham City Centre

The rewards

£30,000 - £45,000 per year (dependent on experience)

The role of Plot Conveyancer:

Caseload management
Responsible for your own plot sales matters
Preparing and reviewing a range of legal documents
Handling financial aspects of a transaction, including completion statements and billing
Communicating with clients, buyer's solicitors and other third parties to progress files and resolve issues

The ideal Plot Conveyancer:

Excellent commercial acumen
Great communication skills, both written and verbal
Commitment to forging strong working relationships with clients
Ability and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail
An organised approach in managing time, work priorities and deadlines
Good IT skills, ideally including previous experience of working with a case management system
