We are seeking a talented Interior Architect and Showroom Manager specializing in luxury kitchens and interior design to join Prime Oak in GB. This pivotal role involves managing our showroom and delivering innovative interior solutions that reflect our commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Interior Architect / Showroom Manager to lead the customer experience within our luxury kitchen showroom. This is a unique opportunity for a highly creative, commercially minded designer who is passionate about architecture, interior design and delivering an outstanding client journey.
Working with discerning private clients, architects, interior designers and developers, you will manage projects from initial consultation through to design development and sale, whilst ensuring our showroom remains an inspiring destination that reflects the quality and craftsmanship of our brand.
This role combines high-end design, project management, sales, and showroom leadership, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both creativity and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience
- Welcome and host showroom visitors, creating a first-class luxury customer experience.
- Conduct detailed client consultations to understand lifestyle, architecture and design aspirations.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, architects, developers and interior designers.
- Guide clients through the complete design journey from concept through to order.
Interior Architecture & Design
- Produce exceptional kitchen, utility, pantry, dressing room and interior furniture designs.
- Develop detailed layouts, mood boards and material palettes.
- Specify cabinetry, worktops, appliances, lighting, hardware and finishes.
- Ensure designs are both aesthetically outstanding and technically achievable.
- Produce presentation-quality visuals and design documentation.
Sales & Business Development
- Convert showroom enquiries into profitable projects.
- Prepare quotations and design proposals.
- Achieve agreed sales and margin targets.
- Identify opportunities to upsell complementary furniture and interior products.
- Build relationships with architects, builders and property professionals to generate referrals.
Project Management
- Manage projects through each stage of the sales process.
- Liaise with manufacturing, installation teams and suppliers.
- Ensure accurate technical information is provided for production.
- Coordinate surveys, revisions and client approvals.
- Resolve issues professionally and proactively.
Showroom Management
- Maintain exceptional showroom presentation at all times.
- Refresh displays, styling and seasonal merchandising.
- Manage sample libraries and product displays.
- Ensure all marketing material remains current.
- Coordinate showroom events, launches and networking evenings.
Brand Representation
- Become an ambassador for the brand.
- Represent the company at networking events and exhibitions.
- Stay informed on emerging trends within luxury interiors and architecture.
- Promote the business across social media where appropriate.
Essential Skills & ExperienceQualifications
- Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience within luxury kitchens, interiors or high-end residential design.
- Proven ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
- Experience working with premium clients.
- Demonstrable sales success within a design-led environment.
Software
Experience using some or all of:

- Vectorworks
- Revit
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Microsoft Office
(Rendering software experience would be advantageous.)
