Gymnastics Coach (Lead Character Energy Required)

The Gymnastics Academy

This is not a quiet coaching role.
This is a stand-out, centre-stage, lead-character role.

We are looking for a gymnastics coach who brings big energy, warmth, confidence, and presence into every class — someone children instantly connect with and parents instantly trust.

At The Gymnastics Academy, we are not here to create Olympians.
We are here to grow happy, confident, capable children through movement, play, and exceptional coaching experiences

You can turn a lesson into a story, adventure, or performance

You understand that how something is taught matters more than how advanced it is

If you prefer quiet instruction, low energy environments, or purely technical coaching — this role will not be the right fit.

Deliver high-energy, themed, engaging lessons every session
Actively create fun — it doesn’t just “happen”

Who You’ll Coach

Parent & Toddler (with parents actively involved)
Preschool & Early Years
Primary-aged children
Trial children experiencing gymnastics for the very first time

You’ll be responsible for making every child feel:
Safe. Supported. Confident. Excited to come back.

Working With Parents

You will:

Greet parents warmly and confidently
Share positive, specific feedback every session
Involve parents in learning (especially in parent & toddler classes)
Never give negative feedback unless safety-related
Help parents leave feeling informed and reassured Coach Pack PDF
