Production Stock Mover

ISS is a leading service provider in the UK Fresh Produce sector. Since 2014, we have grown to operate four sites across Kent, employing over 1,300 colleagues. We are now looking for a Production Stock Mover to join our Production team and help ensure products are in the right place, at the right time, to keep our operation running efficiently.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for moving stock throughout the production area, ensuring full product traceability and maintaining accurate stock records. Working closely with Production and Warehouse teams, you will help ensure materials are available when needed, finished goods are moved efficiently, and stock movements are recorded accurately in our systems.
This is a Night shift role- 4 on 4 off 7pm-7am
Key Responsibilities
- Move stock safely and efficiently between storage locations and production lines.
- Ensure all stock movements are accurately scanned and recorded using the company stock control system.
- Label, wrap and move finished products to the correct locations in a timely manner.
- Ensure unused stock is correctly stored, labelled and recorded.
- Maintain full product traceability at all times.
- Carry out pre-use MHE checks and report defects promptly.
- Work to departmental KPIs and support production requirements.
- Maintain high standards of health & safety, hygiene and housekeeping.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues across Production, Warehouse and other departments.
- Lead by example by demonstrating our company values in your day-to-day work.

What You'll Bring
- Experience in a warehouse, production or stock control environment (preferred).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Organised and methodical approach to work.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Experience operating MHE (advantageous).
