Sales Administrator

Integrated Service Solutions Ltd (ISS)

ISS is a leading service provider in the UK Fresh Produce sector. Since 2014, we have grown to operate four sites across Kent, employing over 1,300 colleagues. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Sales Administrator to support our customer operations and ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.

About the Role

This is a fast‑paced, detail‑driven role where you will manage sales orders, coordinate stock allocation and organise transport to ensure seamless delivery. Acting as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams, you will play an important role in maintaining high service levels and operational efficiency.

Shift pattern- 4 on 4 off- 6am-6pm

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS IS A FIXED TERM MATERNITY COVER ROLE.

Key Responsibilities

Process and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.
Coordinate stock allocation in line with customer demand and production plans.
Arrange and monitor transport to ensure on-time deliveries.
Act as a point of contact for customer queries, providing clear updates.
Work closely with planning, production and logistics teams.
Maintain accurate data within ERP systems, including Prophet.
Monitor stock movements and resolve discrepancies.
Support team training and contribute to continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

Experience in sales administration, supply chain or a similar role.
Strong understanding of order processing, stock allocation and logistics.
Experience with ERP systems (Prophet desirable) and data processes.
Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Proactive and solutions‑focused mindset.
Fresh produce experience (desirable).
Lead by example by demonstrating our company values in your day-to-day work.
