Your Role

Provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President and Senior Leadership Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

This role requires excellent organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage diaries for the Vice President and Senior Leadership Team, coordinating meetings and priorities.
Arrange meetings and events, handling logistics such as rooms, catering, and visitors.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expenses.
Support leadership meetings, site visits, and off-site events.
Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials.
Manage inboxes, correspondence, and administrative records.
Build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Provide general administrative support as required.
