As part of our continued growth, we are investing in digital transformation, automation, AI and business systems. We operate multiple ecommerce websites, online marketplaces, CRM and ERP platforms and are seeking an experienced consultant to help lead and deliver our digital strategy.
This is a hands-on advisory and delivery role working directly with the Managing Director and senior management team.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant who can provide strategic direction while also being hands-on with implementation.
You will help shape the future of our business by improving our ecommerce platforms, ERP systems, CRM, digital marketing, AI, automation and operational processes.
The successful candidate will work closely with our management team, developers, agencies and software providers to ensure all systems work together efficiently and support business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy
- Develop and deliver our digital transformation roadmap.
- Review and improve business systems and processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation and AI.
- Recommend best practice across technology and ecommerce.
- Support future acquisitions and system integration projects.
Ecommerce
- Manage and improve Shopify websites.
- Develop B2B and B2C ecommerce strategy.
- Improve conversion rates and customer experience.
- Optimise product data and merchandising.
- Improve website performance and usability.
ERP & CRM
Provide guidance and implementation support for:
- Odoo ERP
