We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Operations Manager who can lead and modernize our HR operations across multiple departments and business units. This is more than a traditional HR management role. You will help shape workforce strategy, improve employee engagement, optimize operational processes, and support leadership teams in building a scalable and people-focused organization.
You will oversee HR systems, employee lifecycle operations, workforce planning initiatives, compliance programs, and performance management strategies while leading a talented HR operations team. We are looking for someone who understands how to balance operational efficiency with a strong employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations Leadership:
Lead day-to-day HR operational functions including onboarding, employee relations, HR compliance, workforce planning, payroll coordination, and performance management processes.
Process Improvement:
Identify operational gaps and implement scalable HR processes, automation strategies, reporting systems, and policy improvements that support business growth.
Employee Experience:
Drive initiatives focused on employee engagement, retention, wellbeing, internal communications, and workplace culture development.
Team Management:
Mentor and support HR coordinators, recruiters, and HR specialists while promoting accountability and professional development across the HR team.
Compliance and Policy Management:
Ensure compliance with UK employment laws, workplace regulations, internal policies, and HR best practices across all operational functions.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with department heads and senior leadership teams to align HR strategies with operational and organizational goals.
Data and Reporting:
Monitor HR metrics, workforce analytics, turnover trends, and operational performance reports to support business planning and decision-making.
Recruitment Support:
Partner with recruitment teams to improve hiring workflows, onboarding experiences, and workforce forecasting initiatives.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
7+ years of Human Resources experience with at least 3 years in a senior HR operations or leadership role.
Leadership Skills:
Strong experience leading HR teams, improving operational performance, and managing cross-functional workforce initiatives.
HR Systems Knowledge:
Experience working with HRIS platforms, workforce management systems, employee engagement tools, and reporting dashboards.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
Problem Solving:
Ability to manage complex employee matters, operational challenges, and fast-paced business priorities with professionalism and sound judgment.
Industry Knowledge:
Experience supporting healthcare, hospitality, customer service, technology, or multi-site operations environments is highly desirable.

You are proactive, organized, and solutions-focused. You understand how to create efficient HR operations while maintaining a positive employee experience.
Pay: £4,700.00-£5,500.00 per month
