We are looking for an organised, proactive and ambitious Marketing & Administration Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting the marketing, administration and delivery of our events and media portfolio.
The Role
This is a varied and rewarding position that combines marketing, administration, event coordination, stakeholder management and business support.
You will work closely with our sales, editorial, marketing and management teams to help drive audience growth, support event delivery, coordinate marketing campaigns and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of a wide range of projects.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, confident communicating with senior professionals and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Campaign Support
- Assist with the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across events, awards, webinars and digital products
- Support email marketing campaigns, audience segmentation and mail merges
- Help create and update marketing content, including event descriptions, speaker profiles, social media posts and promotional copy
- Maintain website and CMS content across multiple brands
- Support marketing reporting and campaign analysis
- Assist with delegate, subscriber and audience growth initiatives
Administration & Business Support
- Provide administrative support across multiple departments
- Maintain accurate records within CRM and internal systems
- Manage project trackers, schedules and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, agendas and follow-up actions
- Assist with database management and data cleansing activities
- Support internal reporting and operational processes
Event & Stakeholder Management
- Support the planning and delivery of conferences, awards, roadshows, roundtables and webinars
- Coordinate speaker, sponsor and delegate administration
- Collect and manage event assets including biographies, presentations, logos and marketing materials
- Liaise with venues, suppliers and stakeholders where required
- Assist with event logistics and attendee communications
- Attend events in the UK and occasionally overseas to support delivery
Delegate & Relationship Development
- Research and identify prospective delegates, speakers and industry contacts
- Build and maintain relationships with senior-level professionals
- Support delegate invitation and retention campaigns
- Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn and telephone where required
- Help maintain engagement with key contacts throughout the event lifecycle
Team & Project Support
- Work closely with sales, editorial and marketing teams on shared projects
- Support sponsor onboarding and fulfilment activities
- Assist with special projects and business initiatives as required
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency and customer experience

No specific industry experience is required. Full training and support will be provided.
