Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Hybrid Trainee Manager to join our organisation. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop management skills while gaining practical experience across various functions. The successful candidate will be involved in programme management, relationship building, and administrative tasks, working both remotely and on-site as part of a flexible hybrid working arrangement. This position is ideal for individuals aspiring to progress into managerial roles with a focus on leadership development and operational excellence.

Duties

Assist in the planning and coordination of organisational programmes and projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met
Support relationship management with clients, partners, and internal teams to foster strong professional connections
Contribute to administrative activities such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation
Supervise junior team members or interns, providing guidance and mentorship to promote team development
Participate in training sessions aimed at developing management competencies and programme oversight skills
Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall organisational efficiency
Assist in monitoring project progress, analysing data, and preparing performance reports for senior management

Requirements

Proven experience in relationship management or client liaison roles is desirable
Prior administrative experience demonstrating organisational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated interest or experience in management or supervision roles, including overseeing projects or teams
Strong programme management capabilities with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport across diverse stakeholders
Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment, managing time effectively between remote and on-site tasks
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop professionally in a managerial capacity
Relevant qualifications or coursework in business administration, management, or related fields are advantageous
