We are now looking for an exceptional Dance Instructor to take ownership of our established Worcester territory.
Unlike many opportunities, this isn't starting from scratch. We already have a successful, established dance school in Worcester with existing students, meaning you can hit the ground running from day one. Even better, you'll have the freedom and support to expand the area, opening additional schools and building a thriving dance business of your own.

Your Responsibilities
- Deliver energetic, engaging street dance classes for children aged 3–17.
- Inspire confidence, leadership, and personal development in every student.
- Choreograph routines for performances, showcases, and competitions.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of your schools.
- Develop and mentor junior instructors and scholar students.
- Help grow student numbers through local community engagement.
- Build relationships with schools, parents, and local organisations.
- Maintain the high standards and culture that MF Dance is known for.
Who We're Looking For
You may be the perfect fit if you are:
- Passionate about street dance, commercial dance, hip-hop, or performing arts.
- A natural leader who enjoys motivating and inspiring others.
- Confident, energetic, and professional.
- Organised and able to take ownership of your responsibilities.
- Experienced in teaching or assisting dance classes.
- Ambitious and excited by the opportunity to build something bigger.
- Based in or around Worcester.
- A driver with access to a vehicle.
Desirable Experience
- Dance teaching experience.
- Team leadership or management experience.
- Experience working with children and young people.
- Social media or community engagement experience.
Requirements
- Street dance or performing arts experience.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- First Aid qualification (training can be provided).
- Availability during weekday evenings.
- A long-term mindset and commitment to personal and professional growth.
