We’re Hiring: Dermatology Consultant

12 months fixed term contract, Full time Monday-Friday

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional dermatology care and improving patient access to specialist services? We’re looking for a Dermatology Consultant to join our team and provide high-quality consultant-led dermatology services to NHS and private patients.

Acacium Group are a leading global healthcare delivery partner and we are hiring a Dermatology Consultant. Part of Acacium Group, Xyla's clinical care team work with over 80 NHS trusts to deliver a range of clinical services in hospitals, the community or virtually.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

Provide expert assessment, diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of dermatological conditions, including skin cancer and acute skin rashes.
Deliver consultant-led skin cancer services, including two-week wait clinics, dermoscopy and minor surgical procedures.
Manage NHS-referred patients in line with agreed service contracts and cancer pathway standards.
Support clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives and service development while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Experience and Qualifications We’re Looking For

GMC Specialist Register Dermatology (or within 6 months of CCT) and a licence to practise.
Consultant-level experience in general dermatology and skin cancer services.
Competence in dermatological surgery and minor procedures.
Experience working within NHS commissioned pathways.
