Day to day you will:

Deliver engaging online and on site training for new and existing customers, supported by high quality materials and tailored programmes.

Provide expert consultancy that helps clients optimise system use, including hosting webinars and travelling nationwide when required.

Develop colleagues internally through inductions and workshops, while proactively managing preparation, delivery, and follow up across all training activity.

You are an experienced insurance broker with hands‑on Acturis platform expertise and a track record of coaching or supporting new joiners.

You have the natural qualities of a great trainer – patient, clear in your communication, and confident presenting to different audiences.

You bring strong Microsoft skills and the curiosity to learn, adapt, and continuously improve how you share knowledge with others.
This role is home based with weekly travel to client sites and Acturis offices to deliver both virtual and in person training, so you’ll need to be comfortable with this.
