The Role
This is a strategic relationship management and business development role focused on growing deposit balances and building long-term client relationships.
You will use your commercial expertise and market knowledge to identify opportunities, attract new business, and deliver solutions that help clients meet their liquidity and cash management needs.
In this role, you will:
Develop and execute strategies to attract stable, low-cost deposits.
Build and grow a portfolio of liquidity and deposit relationships.
Drive acquisition of Business Current Accounts and Business Savings Accounts.
Identify new business opportunities across target sectors and markets.
Develop trusted relationships with clients, understanding their cash management and treasury requirements.
Work closely with colleagues across the Bank to deliver excellent client outcomes.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Represent Cynergy Bank at industry events, networking opportunities and client meetings.
Contribute to the ongoing development of the Bank's transactional banking and liquidity offering.
What Success Looks Like
Growth in deposit balances and liquidity relationships.
Acquisition of new Business Current Account and Savings clients.
Development of a strong referral and intermediary network.
Delivery against agreed commercial and relationship KPIs.
Contribution to the Bank's broader funding and growth strategy.
