Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic National Account Manager to lead our key client relationships and drive business growth across national markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large accounts, developing customised sales strategies, and fostering long-term partnerships. Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for national accounts.
Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions with corporate clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Analyse market trends, customer data, and sales performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, logistics, and product development to align strategies and optimise client solutions.
Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track account activities, forecast sales, and generate reports.
Provide leadership within the sales team by mentoring junior staff and fostering a collaborative environment.
Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Skills

Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of managing large accounts.
Excellent analysis skills to interpret data and inform strategic decisions.
Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for managing client relationships and sales pipelines.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in guiding teams towards achieving targets.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate effectively at senior levels.
