Door Supervisors Required

Due to continued growth, we are looking to add a small number of experienced SIA Door Supervisors to our existing team.
This vacancy is aimed specifically at experienced security professionals. A minimum of 3 years' operational Door Supervisor/security experience is essential.
The Role
Successful applicants will work across a mixture of:
- Licensed venues
- Live music venues
- Events
- Festivals
- Stage and pit security
- Other security assignments as required
Duties may include:
- Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
- Access and entry control
- Conflict management and de-escalation
- Crowd management
- Responding appropriately to incidents
- Supporting venue management and event organisers
- Working effectively alongside other members of the security team
- Completing incident reports where required
- Providing a professional and customer-focused security presence
Essential Requirements
Applicants must:
- Hold a current SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Have at least 3 years' proven security experience
- Have previous experience working within licensed venues, events or similar environments
- Be confident dealing with challenging situations
- Have strong communication and conflict-management skills
- Be reliable and punctual
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Be comfortable working as part of an established team
- Be available for evening and weekend work
- Have reliable transport or a reliable means of traveling to different assignments
Desirable Experience
The following would be advantageous:
- Live music venue security
- Festival/event security
- Stage and pit experience
- Crowd safety qualifications
- First Aid/FREC qualifications
- Additional relevant security or event-safety training
Who We're Looking For
We are not looking to simply increase the number of people on our books.
We want experienced Door Supervisors who take pride in their work, communicate well with customers and colleagues, and can become reliable members of the Warrior Promotions team.
Regular work may be available to the right individuals, although hours will vary depending on contracts and events.

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
