The Role
This Trainee/Accounts Assistant position will give you the opportunity to work with a professional team and assist in varied number of tasks. We are seeking a candidate who is motivated and interested in building a career within our firm. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a growing but long-established organisation and a chance to make an immediate impact with a positive attitude. This role needs someone who takes pride in their work, accurate, reliable, highly motivated and has the ability to manage workload effectively. No previous working experience of accounting is required.
Initial Responsibilities:
- Help with the production of Management Accounts, whilst being mentored to learn and develop within the company.
- Preparing and sending sales invoices to clients customers quickly and accurately.
- Maintaining and ensuring sales ledgers are kept up to date and accurate.
- Communicating with clients and their customers/suppliers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Contacting clients customers regarding outstanding invoices.
- Assist clients and their customers/suppliers with general queries.
- This job will offer you the opportunity to train and learn all aspects of accountancy.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: £15,600.00-£24,784.50 per year
