Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day...!
It sets the tone for our guests day ahead – so as Breakfast Chef you will be a key team player in the kitchen, helping to ensure the effective running of the department and a crucial service for our guests.

Flexible hours to suit your availablity and the needs of the business
Average shifts may look like: 05:00 - 10:30 / 05:00 - 13:30 / 06:00 - 11:30 / 06:00 - 14:30

What the role will involve

Participate in the preparation and cooking of breakfast food in accordance with established recipe cards and methods
Ensure all dishes are correctly garnished before being sent to relevant outlets
Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner as befits the venue
Have the desire to be trained to cover other sections of the kitchen as decided by the senior chefs
Remain totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach

What you will bring to the role

Experience working within a busy kitchen in a similar role is essential, and it would be advantageous for this to have been in a hotel kitchen.
We are looking for someone with a real passion for food and the drive to succeed in a new role.
Outstanding hygiene skills are essential
Certificate in elementary food hygiene would be desirable.
Due to the nature of the work, the ideal candidate would be fully flexible in their approach to work and be able to work shift patterns through weekdays and weekends
