Job Summary
Acres Sutton Coldfield office are seeking a motivated and dynamic Residential Sales Progressor/Negotiator to assist our busy sales team. Dealing with solicitors, surveyors, buyers and sellers to ensure a smooth sales progress.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. This role requires a proactive approach to ensuring a smooth progression from point of sale through to completion/move-in day.

ACRES are offering a full time role - Monday to Thursday 9.00 to 5.30 (with additional 1 in 2 Saturday morning rota 9.00am till 1.00pm).

The candidate will also be involved in all aspects of front of office estate agency, booking appraisals, viewings ( and undertaking some viewings ) and dealing with vendors, purchasers and providing feedback. The applicant must be able to drive / have a car to undertake viewings, when needed.

Based in a busy, friendly office as a key member of the team the successful applicant needs to be organised, friendly, outgoing and motivated to provide an excellent client experience. The successful candidate should offer a confident, mature attitude.

Experience of Estate Agency, sales contract chasing and solicitor experience preferred, however training will be provided if needed. Join us in this exciting opportunity which offers the opportunity to join a successful and friendly team!
