Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers via various communication channels, providing exceptional service, and supporting the organisation’s reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be organised, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. Fluency in both English is highly desirable, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
Accurately input and update customer data using data entry systems.
Provide detailed information about products and services, ensuring customer needs are met effectively.
Upsell additional products or services where appropriate to maximise customer satisfaction and sales opportunities.
Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive customer relationships.
Analyse customer feedback and queries to identify trends and suggest improvements.
Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints in a courteous manner.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery across all channels.

Experience

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Proficiency in data entry with high accuracy levels.
Multilingual abilities are advantageous; fluency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation.
Ability to demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanour at all times.
Analytical skills to assess customer needs and identify upselling opportunities effectively.
Experience with analysis tools or CRM systems is a plus but not mandatory.
