Warehouse & Operations Associate (Chinese & English Speaking)

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team.
This role combines warehouse operations with general business support activities. Full training will be provided.
No warehouse, logistics or operations experience is required. We welcome applications from graduates, students with relevant work rights, career changers, and individuals looking to build practical experience in a growing business.
What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to communicate confidently in both Chinese and English.
Responsibilities
- Receiving and organising incoming stock
- Picking, packing and preparing orders
- Supporting stock counts and inventory management
- Maintaining warehouse organisation and cleanliness
- Assisting with general operational and administrative tasks
- Supporting day-to-day business activities as required
What We're Looking ForEssential
- Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English
- Able to communicate comfortably in English for day-to-day work
- Careful, organised and detail-oriented
- Reliable and responsible
- Willing to learn new skills and take initiative
- Comfortable with physical work and manual handling tasks
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
