Job title: Client Coordinator / Mortgage & Estate Agency Administrator
Location: Solihull / Birmingham
Hours: Part-time, 20 to 25 hours per week initially

We are looking for an organised, confident and reliable Client Coordinator / Administrator to support a busy mortgage brokerage and growing estate agency business.
This is a varied role where you will help manage day-to-day client contact, appointments, enquiries and general administration across both businesses. The ideal person will be professional, friendly, good on the phone and able to keep on top of tasks without needing constant supervision.
A full UK driving licence is required, as there may be occasions where you are asked to attend local property viewings or appointments.
Main responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls and returning missed calls
- Booking mortgage appointments and property viewings
- Managing diary appointments and follow-ups
- Speaking with clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Chasing client documents such as payslips, bank statements, ID and solicitor details
- Sending basic client updates
- Helping manage remortgage follow-ups and booking review calls
- Responding to estate agency enquiries
- Confirming property viewings and chasing feedback
- Attending occasional local property viewings when required
- Updating internal systems and keeping accurate records
- Supporting with general office administration
- Helping ensure clients receive a high level of service
The ideal candidate will have:
- A full UK driving licence
- Good communication skills
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong organisation skills
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- A friendly and helpful attitude
- Basic computer and email skills
- A willingness to learn
Experience in estate agency, mortgages, financial services, sales support, office administration or customer service would be helpful, but full training can be provided for the right person.
This role would suit someone who enjoys speaking to people, keeping things organised and being part of a growing local business.
There is potential for the role to grow over time as the businesses continue to expand.
Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
