This position is self employed and suitable for individuals committed to delivering exceptional guest services and fostering client relationships.
Established long term customer base available. Regular requests and enquiries. Own customer base advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their tattoo ideas and provide professional advice on design, placement, and colour options
- Create custom tattoo designs based on client specifications, ensuring artistic quality and safety standards are met
- Operate tattooing equipment following strict hygiene and safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and sterile work environment in accordance with health regulations
- Manage appointment scheduling and client records efficiently
- Promote the studio’s services through social media management to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Provide excellent guest services by ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit
- Handle front desk duties including greeting clients, managing enquiries, and processing payments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold the studio’s reputation for professionalism
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tattoo Artist with a strong portfolio demonstrating artistic skill and versatility
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a welcoming environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to tattooing and body art procedures
- Experience or social media management is preferred but not essential
- Ability to upsell services tactfully to enhance client satisfaction and studio revenue
- Organised with good time management skills to handle appointments efficiently
