Full job description

Stonebridge Golf Club is a 27 hole golf venue with a modern clubhouse, thriving membership base along with having a modern driving range and adventure golf on site.

We are looking for a Clubhouse Assistant to assist in various departments across the Clubhouse, specifically the Spike Bar and assisting with Golf Operations.

The role we offer a minimum of 16 hours across both departments with further hours available dependant on the needs of the business and willingness of the candidate to assist in other areas. The candidate will need to be flexible in their availability and weekend availability will particularly be required.

Golf Team Duties and Responsibilities:

o Assist in the general day to day running of the golf operations within the golf club
o Tee sheet management & sales
o Ensure all enquires are answered in a timely manner
o Ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered to members & guests
o Processing payments
o Booking tee times for members & visitors
o Report any queries, questions, or feedback to the Golf Operations Manager

Spike Bar Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure the highest possible service is offered to members and visitors.
Ensuring bar and cellar cleanliness is of the required level to maintain food hygiene standards.
Anticipate bar and conference needs, responding promptly to create solutions that may arise.
Manage all aspects of daily bar operations including the completion of daily tasks such as polishing cutlery.
Build relationships with members, visitors, golf day bookings and conference attendees and always ensure exceptional service.
Ensure spike bar is fully operational at all times by keeping on top of stock.
Ensure all areas of the spike bare are kept up to standard by keeping an eye on patio and bar for glasses and crockery.

This is a great role for someone to learn various aspects of the buinsess with potential for further hours for the right candidate.
