Midway Care Group is a leading provider of specialist support services for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and complex care requirements across the Midlands.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Talent Acquisition team and support the attraction, recruitment, and onboarding of high-quality candidates across our services.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated recruiter to play a key role in helping us attract exceptional talent into meaningful careers.
Working closely with Operational Managers, HR, and the wider Talent Team, you will manage recruitment campaigns from vacancy approval through to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience whilst maintaining safe recruitment standards.
This role would suit someone with agency or internal recruitment experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with both candidates and stakeholders.
About The Role

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of roles.

Advertise vacancies using job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms.

Screen applications and conduct telephone interviews.

Coordinate interviews and provide support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Build talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.

Ensure all recruitment activity is compliant with safer recruitment and company procedures.

Support candidates through onboarding, pre-employment checks, and compliance requirements.

Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting.

Full UK Driving Licence preferred but not essential.
