About The Role
As the Strategic Growth & Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, securing, and developing strategic opportunities that strengthen Nulogic's brand, expand opportunities for learners, create sustainable revenue streams, and support the long-term growth of the organisation.
This is a senior, outward-facing role focused on creating opportunities that would not otherwise exist. You will build meaningful partnerships across education, business, sport, community, charity, and corporate sectors, helping Nulogic increase its reach, influence, and impact.
You will work closely with the Directors and wider leadership team to identify new opportunities, establish strategic relationships, develop innovative projects, and position Nulogic as a recognised and respected organisation within the sectors we operate.
Success in this role will be measured not only by revenue generation but by the quality of partnerships established, opportunities created for learners, growth in brand awareness, and the long-term value delivered to the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships & Relationship Development
- Identify, pursue, and secure strategic partnerships that strengthen Nulogic's brand, reputation, reach, and commercial sustainability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, national brands, educational institutions, charities, community organisations, and corporate partners.
- Create partnership proposals that clearly demonstrate mutual value and long-term benefits for all parties.
- Lead partnership discussions and negotiations, securing Director approval prior to final agreements being reached.
- Maintain strong ongoing relationships with partners, ensuring partnerships remain active, productive, and mutually beneficial.
- Represent Nulogic professionally in meetings, presentations, networking events, conferences, and external engagements.
- Identify opportunities for collaborative projects, joint ventures, sponsorships, and strategic alliances.
Strategic Growth & Revenue Development
- Identify and develop new revenue-generating opportunities that support the long-term sustainability of Nulogic.
- Explore and establish commercial partnerships that complement and enhance Nulogic's existing services.
- Research and pursue sponsorship opportunities for Nulogic initiatives, projects, events, and programmes.
- Identify opportunities to create new services, projects, ventures, and income streams that align with Nulogic's mission and values.
- Monitor developments within education, business, sport, charity, and community sectors to identify emerging opportunities and market trends.
- Produce business cases and growth proposals for new initiatives and opportunities.
Learner Pathways & Opportunity Creation
- Develop relationships with employers, universities, training providers, and community organisations to increase opportunities available to learners.
- Create and strengthen pathways into employment, apprenticeships, work experience, further education, higher education, and vocational training.
- Identify opportunities that broaden learners' experiences and aspirations through partnerships and collaborative projects.
- Support the development of innovative programmes that improve outcomes and opportunities for young people.
Brand Growth, PR & External Engagement
- Identify and secure opportunities to increase awareness and visibility of the Nulogic brand.
- Build relationships with media contacts, journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders who can help amplify Nulogic's message and impact.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop campaigns, partnership materials, promotional activity, and communication plans.
- Generate positive PR opportunities that strengthen Nulogic's reputation and profile.
- Represent Nulogic professionally across external channels and public-facing opportunities.
Events, Sponsorship & Community Engagement
- Lead the development of strategic events that strengthen relationships, enhance brand awareness, and create commercial opportunities.
- Secure sponsorship and external support for Nulogic events and initiatives where appropriate.
- Develop and maintain relationships with event sponsors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to showcase Nulogic's impact through events, conferences, and community engagement activities.
Innovation & Strategic Projects
- Identify innovative opportunities that align with Nulogic's mission, values, and long-term growth ambitions.
- Explore opportunities within sectors such as education, sport, wellbeing, employment, community development, and social impact.
- Support the creation and launch of pilot projects, strategic initiatives, and new ventures.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to bring new ideas and opportunities to life.
- Contribute to strategic planning discussions relating to partnerships, growth, and external opportunities.
Professional Standards & Accountability
- Maintain accurate records of partnership activity, opportunities, proposals, and outcomes.
- Produce regular reports for the Directors detailing activity, progress, opportunities, and results.
- Manage your workload effectively and prioritise activity based on strategic impact.
- Ensure all partnership activity aligns with Nulogic's values, policies, and objectives.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties required to support the effective growth and development of the organisation.

5. Experience identifying and developing new opportunities, projects, or revenue streams.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Strong organisational and project management skills.
8. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
