Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Family Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for our client. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to manage various driving tasks with discretion and courtesy. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, ensuring punctuality and comfort for all journeys undertaken.

Responsibilities

Safely operate the family vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Transport family members to appointments, school runs, social events, and other destinations as required
Assist with loading and unloading luggage or heavy items when necessary
Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues promptly
Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle to ensure a comfortable environment
Communicate effectively with family members regarding schedules or route changes
Plan routes efficiently to optimise travel time and fuel consumption

Qualifications

Proven experience as a driver, preferably with delivery or commercial driving background
Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
Experience in heavy lifting and handling bulky items safely
Strong communication skills to interact courteously with family members and external contacts
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance routines and basic troubleshooting skills
Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing schedules
Reliable, responsible, and discreet in handling personal information and responsibilities
