Trainee Estate Agent – Birmingham (No Experience Required)

Your First Year: The Development Journey
This role is designed to take you from a complete beginner to a confident, market-ready Estate Agent within 12 months.
Working closely alongside our senior property consultants, your daily activities will evolve as your confidence grows. You can expect to be involved in:
- Conducting professional property viewings and guiding applicants through the buying and renting process.
- Learning the intricacies of property valuation, marketing, and client representation.
- Handling inbound enquiries, qualifying leads, and registering new buyers.
- Shadowing complex negotiations and ultimately learning how to close deals.
- Building a network and maintaining excellent relationships with our portfolio of landlords and property vendors.
The Financial Package & Progression
We offer a highly competitive and transparent pay structure designed to reward your growth:
- Initial Package: You will begin on a solid base salary of £26,000 per annum, giving you financial stability while you learn the ropes.
- Performance Bonuses: You will have immediate access to our bonus scheme, allowing you to boost your earnings based on your individual and team contributions.
- Year-Two Uplift: Upon successful completion of your first 12 months, your guaranteed basic salary will automatically increase to £30,000 per annum, alongside continued access to the bonus structure.
Your Schedule Estate agency is a dynamic industry that operates when our clients need us most. You will work 5 days a week on a rolling rota.
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Saturday: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm (Please note: Whenever you are rostered to work a Saturday, you will receive a designated weekday off in return to ensure a healthy work-life balance).
Is This You? We do not require previous property experience. Instead, we are looking for candidates who possess:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- A background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or targeted environments (highly advantageous but not essential).
- A proactive, energetic approach to problem-solving.
- The ambition to build a long-term, lucrative career in the Birmingham real estate sector.
- A professional demeanour, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
