Bar Staff (Self-Employed) – Bordesley Park Wedding Venue

Location: Bordesley Park Wedding Venue
Hours: 10–50 hours per week (seasonal and event-based)
Contract: Self-Employed
Pay: Competitive hourly rate £10.85-£12.71

Bordesley Park is a beautiful countryside wedding venue, hosting unforgettable celebrations throughout the year. We are looking for energetic, customer-focused Bar Staff to join our growing team.

The Role

As a member of our bar team, you will be responsible for providing a friendly and professional service to wedding guests, ensuring the bar runs efficiently and contributes to an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests.
Delivering exceptional customer service with a positive and welcoming attitude.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area.
Processing payments accurately.
Working closely with the venue team to ensure events run smoothly.
Assisting with bar setup and closing procedures.
Adhering to all licensing, health and safety, and venue procedures.

What We're Looking For

A high-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A friendly, professional, and approachable personality.
Ability to work well under pressure during busy events.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak wedding season dates.

Additional Requirements

This is a self-employed position.
Due to our rural location, access to your own vehicle is preferred.
Applicants must be 18 years or older.
