Based in Bishops Stortford, First Signs & Labels has been established for over 30 years providing signs & labels across the UK. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Router Operator to join our production team. The successful individual would be responsible for programming, operating, and maintaining our CNC routers.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC router machines to cut, drill and engrave a variety of materials e.g. acrylic, aluminium composite and metal.
- Select and install appropriate cutting tools and machine settings
- Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure a safe and clean working environment
Required Experience/Skills:
- Minimum 1-2 years machine operating experience
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings / digital artwork files
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to work well individually as well as within a team
28 days holiday (including bank holidays) + 1 additional days holiday for birthday.
Working hours: Monday - Friday / 8:00 to 16:30.
Salary dependant on experience.
