We have an exciting opportunity to join our team of Patient Care Assistants complementing our busy wards teams. The 2 successful candidates will be integral to our dynamic team of vets, nurses and students who work to a high standard with a passion for patient care. In this role you will predominantly work either across our Medicine ward or Neurology & Surgery Wards but may be required to support our Emergency & Critical Care teams as and when required.
This post would suit a friendly team player who is hardworking, caring, and enthusiastic. Previous experience in an animal care environment is essential, and an animal care qualification would be desirable, but it is not essential. The role will involve maintaining infection control standards, patient handling, basic patient assessments, walking, grooming and feeding.
Positions available:

Medicine Emergency & Critical Care Patient Care Assistant (CSS-0142-26): Part time, 17.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8pm-11:30pm

Surgery & Neurology Patient Care Assistant (CSS-0141-26): Part-time, 17.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8pm-11.30pm
Training and ongoing support will be provided.
