This isn't another social media job.
It's your chance to build one of the UK's most influential personal development brands.
Do you instinctively spot a trend before everyone else jumps on it?
Do you see content opportunities everywhere you go?
Do you get genuinely excited when a video takes off because you know why it worked?
Would you rather build a brand than simply manage someone else's Instagram account?
If your answer is "yes", keep reading.
If not, this probably isn't the role for you.
About Us
Will Polston and The Evolution Institute are building one of the most influential personal development brands in the UK.
Our mission is to create content that educates, inspires and genuinely changes people's lives. We don't create content simply to chase views—we create it to build trust, spark conversations and become the go-to authority in our industry.
We're ambitious.
We move quickly.
We care deeply about quality.
And we're only just getting started.
No business grows unless people understand what makes it different.
That's where you come in.
We need a world-class Content Creator who can take a message, a moment and a story—and turn it into content that drives views, downloads and leads.
This Isn't a Typical Content Creator Role...
This isn't a "sit in a dark room and edit" job.
This is a brand-building role.
One day you'll be creating content from our office.
The next you'll be filming at a mastermind event.
Another day you'll be shadowing Will around London for a content sprint.
And sometimes you'll be travelling internationally on ski trips, speaking events or wherever the brand goes next.
If you want a predictable 9–5, this isn't it.
If you want a role that grows you, challenges your creativity and gives you front-row access to building one of the UK's most influential personal development brands...
You're in the right place.
You'll own the entire creative process—from planning and filming through to editing, publishing, analysing performance and continually improving.
You'll have the freedom to experiment.
The responsibility to deliver results.
And the opportunity to help build one of the most recognisable brands in our industry.
What You'll Achieve
Within your first 12 months you'll:
- Grow our combined social audience from around 10,000 followers to 20,000–30,000+.
- Produce and publish 20+ high-quality pieces of content per platform every month across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts.
- Increase organic engagement and reach by 15–25% through consistently improving content performance.
- Identify trends before our competitors and turn them into branded content within days—not weeks.
- Launch and test at least one new content format or creative experiment every month.
- Build a scalable content library and production workflow that allows us to grow without sacrificing quality.
- Produce monthly reporting that doesn't simply tell us what happened—but what we should do next.
- Become the creative force behind one of the fastest-growing personal development brands in the UK.
In short...
You'll turn attention into trust.
Followers into fans.
Content into one of our biggest competitive advantages.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
You'll own the complete content lifecycle.
Including:
- Planning and executing content days.
- Filming across multiple locations.
- Directing presenters on camera.
- Shooting short-form and long-form video.
- Capturing high-quality photography.
- Editing engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Creating thumbnails, graphics and visual assets where required.
- Writing hooks, captions and supporting copy.
- Scheduling and publishing content.
- Monitoring analytics and continually improving performance.
- Spotting trends before everyone else.
- Supporting launches, campaigns and live events.
- Working closely with Will and the wider team to continually elevate the brand.
No two weeks will ever look the same.
Who You Are
You're obsessed with creating great content.
You naturally notice angles, lighting, hooks and stories that other people walk straight past.
You're commercially creative.
You don't just want content to look good.
You want it to perform.
You understand why some posts explode while others disappear.
You love learning.
Algorithms change.
Trends evolve.
Platforms shift.
That excites you.
You take ownership.
Nobody has to chase you.
You spot opportunities.
Solve problems.
Make things happen.
You're comfortable behind the camera...
...and just as comfortable directing someone else in front of it.
You're confident using tools such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Final Cut Pro
- CapCut
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Canva
(or equivalent software)
Most importantly, you're someone who:
- Spots the clip before anyone tells you.
- Has a sixth sense for YouTube retention.
- Understands SEO, titles, thumbnails and why videos grip people.
- Can turn a 90-minute podcast into 5–10 engaging Shorts.
- Works fast without sacrificing quality.
- Thrives in entrepreneurial environments.
- Obsesses over pacing, storytelling and brand identity.
- Takes full ownership—no excuses.
- Loves elevating a message, a moment and a mission.
You're organised.
You can confidently manage multiple shoots, editing deadlines and publishing schedules without dropping the ball.
Most importantly...
You genuinely care about building something exceptional.
What Success Looks Like
After your first year:
- Our social channels have become recognised destinations rather than occasional touchpoints.
- Content production runs smoothly and consistently.
- Engagement continues to improve month after month.
- New ideas are constantly being tested.
- More people recognise The Evolution Institute because of the content you've created.
- You're bringing ideas to the table—not waiting for instructions.
- You can confidently explain what worked, what didn't and what we'll do differently next.
Our Culture
We believe great businesses are built by great people.
Our values are simple:
- We get results.
- We are efficient and effective.
- We love to collaborate.
- We are congruent.
- We create great experiences.
These aren't just words on a wall.
They're how we make decisions, how we work together and how we expect everyone on the team to show up every day.
If those values excite you rather than bore you...
You'll fit right in.
Who This Is NOT For
This role probably isn't for you if:
- You wait to be told what to do.
- You think "that's not my job."
- You only care about aesthetics and not performance.
- You struggle with constructive feedback.
- You need constant supervision.
- You clock-watch.
- You blame algorithms instead of improving your content.
- You don't enjoy working at pace.
- You prefer comfort over growth.
No hand-holding.
No passengers.
No excuses.
What's In It For You?
You'll join a business that's growing quickly and investing heavily in its people.
Here's what you can expect:
- A role where your work genuinely influences the direction and growth of the business.
- High levels of autonomy and creative freedom.
- The opportunity to experiment, innovate and shape our content strategy.
- Variety—office days, live events, filming on location, travel and behind-the-scenes access.
- Ongoing investment in your personal and professional development.
- A supportive, ambitious team that genuinely enjoys building great things together.
- Clear progression as both you and the business grow.
- Competitive salary based on experience with performance-based progression opportunities.
Most importantly...
You'll create work that genuinely impacts people's lives.
And you'll build a brand you'll be proud to say you helped create.
How To Apply
If you've read this and thought...
"This sounds exactly like me."
We'd love to hear from you.
But we don't want a CV.
Instead, send us one Loom video (maximum 5 minutes) that tells us everything we need to know. Please send it to [email protected] and cc [email protected].
Please cover these four things:
1. Show us examples of work you're most proud of.
Walk us through your favourite projects and explain why they stand out.
2. Tell us about a social media account you've helped grow.
What was the objective?
What strategy did you use?
What did you personally do?
What measurable results did you achieve?
3. Why do you want this role specifically?
Why do you believe you're the right person to help build The Evolution Institute's brand?
4. Why is now the right time in your career?
Why are you looking for your next challenge, and why is it with us?
We're far more interested in your thinking, creativity, passion and ability to communicate than we are in a perfectly formatted CV.
If you're excited by the opportunity to help build one of the UK's most influential personal development brands...
Don't overthink it.
Apply.
We can't wait to meet you.
