Job description

What are we looking for?
We are recruiting Sales Assistants for our new team in our store within Cotswold Designer Outlet. The ideal candidates will be passionate about beauty products and will want to help our customers feel good about themselves.

We are recruiting for full time contracts working a minimum of 30 hours per week. This is a 12 month fixed term contract. All candidates will be required to work weekends as these are our busiest trading days and be able to work some of the late night trading hours.

Beauty Outlet caters for all ages and our teams are trained in offering tailored advice for personal needs. We make a difference to how people look and feel and are committed to a 'wow' customer experience.

Responsibilities

to serve customers effectively and professionally
to actively contribute to the stores sales
ensure accuracy with cash handling
replenish stock when required
general cleaning duties
working deliveries and ensuring stock accuracy
