We're seeking an manufacturing experienced person to join our Production Team, where we produce adhesives vital to the aerospace and rail industries, to name just a few. At Forgeway, we're in the midst of a trajectory growth phase, and you could be the missing piece of our puzzle in helping us achieve our goals.
Responsibilities:
As a member of our team, your role will include:
- Weighing and measuring raw materials accurately using automated software.
- Following provided formulas, BOM paperwork, and process instructions.
- Operating machinery according to SOPs.
- Maintaining machinery cleanliness before and after each batch.
- The role will require regular lifting, so physical fitness is essential.
- You'll work in a brilliant team environment where good communication and teamwork are key.

- Working hours/pattern: Monday to Friday 6am - 3pm.
