Small Private Practice | Employed Position | 25–30 Hours Initially
We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and experienced Band 5 or Current Band 6 MSK Physiotherapist to join our friendly, small private practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys providing high-quality, patient-centred care without the limitations of NHS waiting lists and short appointment times. There is also potential for the role to include service development work and mentoring, depending on experience.
The Role
- 25–30 hours per week initially, with the opportunity to increase to full-time hours.
- Employed position within a small, friendly private practice.
- Assessment and treatment of an exciting and varied MSK caseload.
- Physiotherapist role with access to Pilates, hydrotherapy, Personal Training, Winback Radio-Frequency, hydrotherapy and Gym.
- Close multidisciplinary team collaboration with Pilates, PT, Osteopathy and Sports Therapy.
- Both morning and evening hours required within the 25–30 hours, and/or Saturday appointments (optional).
- Support from Clinical Lead and mentoring available.

Essential Requirements
- Current HCPC registration.
- Experienced Band 5 or current Band 6 level MSK physiotherapy experience
- Excellent manual therapy skills.
- Strong exercise prescription and rehabilitation skills.
- A patient-centred approach with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a small team.
Desirable
- Mat work and/or Pilates or Yoga teaching experience.
- Experience in hydrotherapy/aquatic rehabilitation for MSK conditions.
