Winchester Medical Aesthetics is seeking an experienced and dedicated Dermatologist to join our growing team on a self-employed, percentage-based commission arrangement. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician to work within a well-established medical aesthetics clinic, providing specialist dermatological services to an existing and growing patient base in a professional and supportive environment.
The successful candidate will provide specialist dermatological consultations, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of skin conditions while delivering exceptional patient care in a professional and supportive environment. Applicants must hold the relevant medical qualifications and be fully registered with the appropriate medical council.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive skin examinations and diagnose dermatological conditions.
- Develop personalised treatment plans, including medication management and procedural interventions.
- Perform minor dermatological procedures and treatments.
- Advise patients on skin health, preventative care, and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with legal and professional standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Stay informed of developments in dermatology through continuing professional development and clinical research.
- Contribute to patient education and skin health awareness initiatives.
- Utilise diagnostic tools and medical imaging where appropriate.
- Provide high-quality care to patients across a diverse range of age groups and health backgrounds.
Requirements
- Medical degree with specialist training in Dermatology recognised by the relevant medical council.
- Current registration and licence to practise.
- Proven clinical experience in dermatology with a strong focus on patient-centred care.
- Excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
- Knowledge of skin anatomy and dermatological conditions.
- Experience with medication prescribing and administration relevant to dermatology.
- Familiarity with dermatological procedures and diagnostic imaging techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team.
