Swim Central Preston

Swim Central Preston has an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic, creative, and motivated Swimming Teachers who are passionate about delivering high-quality lessons and supporting progression through our structured swimming programme.

Working in a comfortable and welcoming environment, successful applicants will deliver engaging and inspiring lessons to children and adults of varying ages and abilities. Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality swim lessons to individuals and groups of all ages and abilities
Plan and deliver structured lessons tailored to swimmers’ needs
Provide a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment
Demonstrate correct swimming techniques and provide constructive feedback
Monitor pool safety and swimmer wellbeing at all times
Maintain accurate attendance and progress records

Qualifications & Requirements

Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt teaching methods for different learning styles and abilities
Must be able to pass a background check

Essential (one of the following):

ASA / Swim England Level 2
STA Level 2 Award or Certificate
Level 2 Baby and Pre-School Qualification

Pay: From £17.00 per hour
