Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Specialist for Merchandise Presentation and Customer Experience at <PERSON>. This role involves designing engaging retail displays, enhancing the overall shopping environment, and ensuring an exceptional customer journey. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and visualisation skills, with a passion for creating compelling in-store experiences that reflect our brand identity. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative visual merchandising projects within a dynamic retail setting.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement innovative merchandise presentation concepts to optimise product visibility and appeal.
Utilise design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to create visual layouts and presentation plans.
Collaborate with store teams to ensure displays align with brand standards and marketing strategies.
Manage project timelines efficiently, ensuring timely execution of display setups and updates.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to source materials and fixtures necessary for visual displays.
Analyse customer feedback and sales data to refine merchandising strategies continuously.
Maintain organisation of visual assets, design files, and presentation documentation for easy access and future reference.

Experience

Proven experience in visual merchandising, retail display design, or related fields.
Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and the full Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
Familiarity with Node.js or similar web technologies is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong merchandising background with an understanding of current retail trends.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Effective communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Demonstrated time management skills ensuring efficient prioritisation of tasks.
