About The Formè Clinique

The Formè Clinique is a luxury aesthetics and skin clinic specialising in natural facial balancing, regenerative skin treatments and personalised treatment plans.

Our philosophy is centred around creating natural, confidence-boosting results through honesty, education and exceptional client care.

As our clinic continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Skin Practitioner who is passionate about skin health and excited to grow with an ambitious, fast-growing brand.

The Opportunity

This is more than just another clinic role.

We’re looking for someone who wants to become part of our long-term vision.

Initially, this position will be part-time with the opportunity to progress into a permanent full-time role as the clinic continues to expand.

You’ll work closely with our founder and clinical team to deliver exceptional skin treatments while helping build one of Manchester’s leading aesthetic clinics.

Responsibilities

Carry out professional skin consultations.
Create personalised skin treatment plans.
Deliver advanced skin treatments including:
Chemical Peels
Microneedling
Dermaplaning
Medical Facials
Skin Boosters (if qualified)
Polynucleotides (if qualified)
RF Microneedling (training can be provided)
Recommend appropriate medical-grade skincare.
Monitor client progress and treatment outcomes.
Maintain detailed clinical notes.
Capture before and after photographs.
Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience.
Work collaboratively with the clinical team.

Has previous experience in advanced skin treatments.

Has excellent consultation and communication skills.

Desirable Qualifications

Level 4 Skin qualification (preferred)
Microneedling
Chemical Peel training
Dermaplaning
Skin Consultation experience
Knowledge of medical-grade skincare
Experience with Circadia (desirable but not essential)
