Quick Pest Control Ltd is currently looking for a Full Time Sales Associate / Pest Control Technician to join our growing pest control business. We provide professional pest control services nationwide for commercial clients and homeowners.

This is a hybrid role combining hands-on pest control work with customer consultations, relationship building and sales. We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic and motivated individual who enjoys working with customers, solving problems and providing effective pest control solutions.

As part of this role, you will attend customer properties, identify pest issues, carry out treatments, explain solutions and recommend suitable services. You will also support business growth by building strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Due to the communication needs of our existing customer base, fluent spoken Urdu is an essential requirement for this role. You will be required to communicate effectively with Urdu-speaking customers, explain pest control treatments, provide recommendations, answer questions and deliver excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.

Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence
Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently communicate with clients
Customer-focused with the ability to build trust and professional relationships
Comfortable discussing services, explaining solutions and identifying customer needs
Ability to provide recommendations and confidently discuss suitable pest control solutions
Great time management skills to make effective use of time and complete scheduled appointments
Good task management skills to ensure all assigned work is completed on time
Self-motivated, driven and willing to improve
Previous pest control technician or sales experience is preferred but not required, as full training will be provided

Pest Control Duties:

Carry out pest inspections at residential and commercial properties
Identify invading pests including rats, mice, wasps, ants, spiders, mosquitoes, bed bugs and other common pests
Determine the most suitable treatment methods based on inspection findings
Apply approved chemical solutions, powders and treatments safely
Set mechanical traps and place bait where required
Inspect properties to identify pest entry points, damage and possible causes of infestation
Access infested locations and complete treatments safely using appropriate protective equipment
Complete service reports and maintain accurate records
Provide customers with advice on pest prevention and long-term solutions

Sales & Customer Responsibilities:

Communicate professionally with customers before, during and after service visits
Explain treatment options, pricing, recommendations and preventative measures
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable pest control services
Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business
Follow up with customers where required to ensure satisfaction
Support company growth through excellent customer service and ethical sales practices
