AKS Lytham is looking to appoint a Marketing Officer to support the delivery of the school's marketing and communications activity. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Marketing and Development team and play a key role in promoting the life of the school and supporting admissions, development and engagement objectives.
Working closely with colleagues across the school, alumni and AKS Lytham Foundation, you will support:

Maintaining and developing the school's websites, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and up to date
- Delivering digital communications across websites, social media, email marketing and digital advertising campaigns
- Sourcing, editing and publishing written, photographic and video content that showcases all aspects of school life
- Growing the school's social media presence, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Monitoring digital performance and supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns and communications
- Assisting with the promotion and delivery of Open Days, admissions events and other school and Foundation activities
The successful candidate will have experience in a marketing, communications or a digital content role and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You will be confident creating engaging content for digital platforms, highly organised, creative and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience of website content management systems, social media management platforms and design software such as Canva and Photoshop would be advantageous.
This is a full-time, permanent role. Some evening and weekend work will be required to support Open Days, admissions, marketing and community events, with time off in lieu given where appropriate.

Salary: £26,091 to £32,274
